LEDified upgraded Floyd Instruments to a combination of LEDs, specifically tailored to each area of their facility. The lab rooms were fitted out with LEDified’s Titan Tube, and the warehouse with the Sigma Highbays series, respectively reducing lighting energy consumption by 66% and 73%.

As a bonus to the business’s commitment to sustainability practices, it now also anticipates saving approximately $70,000 in lighting costs over the next ten years.

Access Hire in Clayton, Victoria, provides businesses with the latest in elevated work platform technology, materials handling equipment and other associated equipment. Their high-ceiling warehouse was in need of a practical solution for lighting up the space in a way that would provide clear visibility for the workers. Both Fantech’s warehouse and offices were retrofitted with over 300 LEDified lights. The warehouse’s new LED high bays, specifically designed to light up large spaces, have resulted in more vivid and even lighting conditions, delivering better visibility for handling complex tasks.

Overall, Fantech is expected to save over $30,000 a year in lighting costs and time consuming and expensive maintenance costs are no longer an issue because of the long life span of LEDified LEDs. The business anticipates to offset over 135,000Kg in carbon over the next 10 years.
